Use cleared status in reconciliation

The reconciliation workflow should automatically select cleared transactions, enabling the user to "save" the reconciliation status between reconciliation runs. This is especially useful when the user must enter and leave reconciliation multiple times when adding missing transactions, for example. When leaving reconciliation, the program can remember the currently selected transactions as cleared, so that the next reconciliation run starts with those transactions selected.

Need to decide whether canceling reconciliation automatically saves the selection as cleared/pending, or whether the reconciliation workflow gets a new "save selections and cancel reconciliation" feature to make it explicit.
