Corrected the documentation and added code for extracting seasons #81

In this PR, I have added the following changes:

  1. Corrected the documentation for ops.py
  2. Added code for extracting seasons from filenames in process_raw.py. The season information is provided as per the input from Lincoln Park Zoo researchers. Closes: #67
