tests/readme.txt doesn't have much in it and isn't necessary. It should be removed.

By the way, to trigger GitHub automatically closing an issue once your PR is closed, you need to do more than just mention the issue number. You need to use a phrase like fixes #4 (ideally in the PR title, although I think the PR description works too).
