changes the requirement to awwad/tuf branch destroy_MetaFile_classes_with_fire

I do not expect to merge this PR. I'm just using it to test the changes in the linked repo.

Coverage remained the same at 96.754% when pulling e0936aa07e9ea4860696147412afbce744423f9b on test_uptuf_metafile_removal into 81f3e3092010771bdc4389fd02cf44df187b0cd6 on develop.
