Remove unused definitions #191

The terms CAN Bus and LIN Bus are not used in the standard, so I removed the definitions.

So, unfortunately, while the specific phrase "LIN Bus" don't appear in the text, "LIN" does; see https://uptane.github.io/uptane-standard/uptane-standard.html#exceptions.

While I doubt most readers are not going to know what LIN is, we should fix it, to be pedantic. Marina, would you please either remove the use or add the definition back?

I missed that, thanks @patrickvacek. It looks like @jhdalek55 is adding back LIN in #192.

The in and out on that definition was accidental. I couldn't figure out how to fix other things in the document without going back to my local file from which the definitions hadn't been removed. Anyway, I hope all is well now.
