The Game Genie / Patch window is focus-hogging and shouldn't be.

There's also no way to edit existing cheats without editing the .pat file.

This functionality is already implied by the cheat system overhaul that has 
been in
the development plan for quite a while now, but through some oversight hadn't 
been
given an issue report until now.
