Disable power management during play #76

In windowed mode, the screensaver and monitor power-down can interrupt
playing or viewing.

In full screen mode, the screensaver stays away but the monitor still
powers down.

You'd never want these things to happen when Gens is on top and unpaused.
This was tested on WinXP.
