I would add a description following the project's guidelines, if that increases the probability of being merged, but... nope.

Hey! I do have to apologize for taking a while to get back, I can assure you that your work is being looked at and because we do not have as much resources, It is taking some time. The goal is to get everything that is important merged and tested with the new TypeScript build.
