Describe the bug
With the upcoming v5 release of Docsify, the Marked library has been updated to v13.x and this appears to cause this Plugin to no longer work as expected. https://github.com/docsifyjs/docsify/pull/2467
Expected behavior
Display of included demo pages, etc.

docsify-katex version v2
Additional context
Thank you for your awesome Katex plugin! I have used it in several open education starter kits and my open source app https://docsify-this.net. While Docsify v5 is still in development it is getting closer to release so I thought you would want an early notice of possible compatibility issues with Marked 13.x now being part of the build.
If I can be of any help with testing etc. please let me know. Thanks very much, Paul.
