recommendation on UI for Warm (available server capacity) and Cold (fully serverless) locations on both desktop and Android app
- corresponding proto updated on desktop app
- corresponding types updated on Android app
Handle token expiry on both desktop and Android app
Bump desktop version to 0.5.0 / Android version name: u2 / version code: 5
