Date of texts not showing #135

if you do a search and find an article if comes up with most of the bibliographic info but no date

It seems that a lot of articles don't have a publication date recorded. I've changed the page to show No date recorded if we don't have a publication date stored.

e.g. With publication date recorded: http://qldarch.net/beta/#/article?articleId=aHR0cDovL3FsZGFyY2gubmV0L29tZWthL2l0ZW1zL3Nob3cvMjU0Nw%3D%3D
