Code template should not be red. #223

When you open a new lesson, in the code panel you can see a code template:

messageSelectorAndArgumentNames
    "comment stating purpose of message"

    | temporary variable names |
    statements

Many of these words are shown in red, I think they shouldn't.

Well, I sort of fixed it. The lesson window was not using the same styler as 
the other system windows in pharo, so after changing that letters are no longer 
displayed in red. 
But, for some reason I haven't yet figured out, the style is not properly 
applied, so par l'example the message selector is not displayed in bold 
letters, etc. 
I'll be back to this once I've read my papers :)
