Upgrade to Xtext 2.20 #25

Today I detected current wollok-xtext installation didn't get well with wollok-cli because of (old) Xtext 2.11 dependencies vs. 2.20 (new ones since Dec 2019).

Adding 3 different reviewers so I can merge new jar dependencies.
