Switch to using `grep -E` #35

egrep has been deprecated, changing to grep -E is recommended to avoid warnings or errors in the future.

Hey @tralph3 , thanks for collaborating with wollok-cli, we are actually deprecating this component since this year, in favor of wollok-ts-cli.

I see, but the new program is missing some features, like the AST generator or auto formatter.
