Instagram crashes on launch #12

When lauch IG at first after I kill application and respring, IG is going to crash. After crashed, I am going to lauch IG again, it work well. And then I kill again for lauching IG first time again. It work well.

Happening too to PayPal, the first launch it crash the i just reopen it and everything is fine
