Do not paint background in foreground mode #8

Currently if you have set terminal background to anything other than black, lolcat would paint background of text with black color. In this PR I modified it so that it would not paint background at all in non-background mode. screenshot_2019-05-16-140816 screenshot_2019-05-16-140331
