Create a contract for the project. Requirements:

Branding (New Logo, Color Palette, Typeface, other Brand Elements)
Style Guide & Corporate Identity (including stationery, social media assets, guidelines, Digital and Print) , (not including branding)
Landing Page Design (PSD, Adobe XD, SVG, PDF etc of the website) -
website as well in static HTML, WordPress, or Drupal we would estimate that additional .

Deadine for the contract: week 8.01.2018
