In order to prepare for our next projects and refer back to them, I started writing a piece which explains our reasoning behind style guides and how they impact Open Source projects (especially those in the Privacy and Security space): https://pad.ura.design/p/about-the-importance-of-styleguides

This is somehow urgent and should be published next week before publishing the Thunderbird deliverables.
