IE 8 Compat Mode has issue with videos.svg #152

On my personal Parallels VM for IE 8/XP, when I view the videos.svg file
with the demo.html viewer, half way through playing the videos they stop if
I drag them around a bunch! This only happens in IE 8 in Compat Mode. It
could be related to my version of Flash (WIN 9,0,28,0).
