прикрутить список исключений, куда можно 
включать джиды и/или группы джидов из 
активных аккаунтов

v0.3.3
глюк:
1. при старте плагин напоминает о дне 
рождении контакта из активного аккаунта.
2. удаляем этот контакт.
3. идём в настройки плагина, очищаем кэш, 
делаем новый запрос, проверяем ДР.
4. плагин сообщает о ДР удалённого контакта.
