voice call broken in ubuntu ppa builds

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install psi+ and psi-plus-plugins-psimedia from 
https://launchpad.net/~zerkalica/+archive/psi-plus
2. Try to make a call.
3. It will be aborted with error message "Вызов был отклонён 
или прекращён."

4. Use service@gtalk2voip.com as a jabber contact
5. Type "call 500@ekiga.net" to make sip call with their service.
6. Callback will fail with message "You did not accept the call!" although no 
incoming calls were displayed by psi+

I'm behind NAT, voice calls with sip clients work just fine.

GTalk2VoIP ещё не работает с Psi. Проблема с GTalk2VoIP, 
у их нет Jingle support.

Ok, special note for those who failed to read bug reports completely:

1 - voice support is completely broken e. g. calling to gtalk is always failed.
2 - jingle is supported by gtalk2voip according to 
http://gtalk2voip.com/gtalk_technology.shtml - but it's only second test case 
provided for convenience.

Original report is still the same: voice support is broken because no calls 
psi+ <-> gtalk are successful.

psi+ can`t call to gtalk because gtalk doesn`t support xmpp standart, which psi 
uses
You can make call from psi to psi, or to pidgin, empathy or any other client 
that supports new specification of xmpp standarts
