Transparent background of popups and tooltips #370

The roster tooltips and systray popups Psi+ (current trunk) creates have a 
transparent background (KWin only renders a "shadow" with the text on it).
In groupchat, the send-button tooltip does NOT suffer from this issue. However 
the topic tooltip does.
This bug does not seem to appear in Psi (current git master). I am using KDE 
4.5.3 and Qt 4.7.0 on Linux.

I am using the Oxygen style all over the place (window content, window manager, 
plasma).

Regarding the behaviour of Psi: It also has the problem, but only in the 
systray popups, not with any tooltips.

Another info: This issue happens with compositing enabled. I will test again 
without that, later.

I had the same problem. And if to switch off graphic effects that a background 
will be black. It most likely defect Oxygen. If to put QtCurve that all works. 
QtCurve it is possible to adjust on similarity Oxygen and a difference in the 
interface it will not be appreciable.

я имел такую же проблему. А если выключить 
графические эффекты то фон будет черным. 
Это скорее всего недоработка Oxygen. Если 
поставить QtCurve то все работает. QtCurve можно 
настроить по подобию Oxygen и разнице в 
интерфейсе заметно не будет.

У меня KDE, используется тема Air. Раньше было 
плохо видно текст на прозрачном фоне 
tooltip'ов. В версии Psi+ 0.15.3559 (jan 19 2011) появилась 
опция options.ui.look.colors.tooltip.enable которая это 
исправляет. 
Та же проблема существует для popup'ов. Тоже 
самое и в Psi v0.14.
Неплохо было бы добавить подобную опцию и 
для них.

I use KDE with Air theme. Before I couldn't see text on the transparent 
background of tooltip. Since Psi+ 0.15.3559 (jan 19 2011) there is option 
options.ui.look.colors.tooltip.enable to fix it. It is problem also exist for 
popup windows. I can reproduce it in the Psi and Psi+. It will be good if your 
add the similar option for popups.

Среди меня есть мнение, что этот баг связан 
с отрисовкой QFrame, у которого стоит флаг 
Qt::ToolTip. Думаю, что этот баг вам стоит 
запостить не в пси или пси+, а в КДЕ. А эту 
задачу я бы закрыл

unreadable tooltips just by disabling this future)
