Add jpeg to allowed avatar file extentions #420

Reproduce:

Click the "Open..." button in the general tab of your own vCard edit dialog and 
try to select a .jpeg file (under Windows 7 x64 and Psi+ v0.15.3755).

Workaround:

Change the file extentions of your JPEG to .jpg.

Fix:

Please also show image files with .jpeg extention in the open file dialog.

rename your .jpeg file to .jpg

I already stated this possibility, but I thought your are serious about the
