Psi+ doesn't obey bug.n window decoration and geometry management #493

What steps will reproduce the problem?

-> install latest bug.n from http://www.autohotkey.net/~joten/bug.n.html
and run it

What is the expected output?

-> all windows have their title bars removed and are tiled
-> switching between virtual desktops changes the set of visible windows

What do you see instead?

-> Psi+ chat window decor and geometry doesn't change
-> Psi+ chat window is still visible on all virtual desktops

What version of the Psi+/OS are you using?

-> Windows XP
-> bug.n 8.2.1 (also happens on 8.1.0)
-> first observed with Psi+ 0.15.5195, but might have existed in 5185 as well; 
also happens in 5225.

Additional information:

-> this worked as expected in Psi+ 0.15.5160

What is Qt version?

The working version of Psi+ used 4.7.4.0. The recent versions that cause the 
problem use 4.8.0.0.

There is the only difference - version of Qt. If you want, try compille recent 
version of Psi+ with Qt4.7.4 and i think - it will work fine.

I guess I'll stick with build 5160 for now and will try to file it against Qt.

As mentioned above, 5225 (latest release) has Qt 4.8 which doesn't work with 
bug.n. I prefer to stick with the version that gets tiled properly.

I have since changed jobs and don't use Psi+ any more, so can't tell, I'm 
afraid.
