Auto Update finds invalid (existing) update, which is improperly signed #526

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 0.16.19 OSX.dmg on 10.6.x
2. Manually launch Auto Update

What is the expected output?
No Update Found.

What do you see instead?
Update to 0.16.19 found, with 0.16.19 (102212) installed.
Downloading the update then registered as improperly signed.

What version of the Psi+/OS are you using?
0.16.19, OSX.
0.16.25, Windows XP 32-bit (also detects a nonexistent update)
