на котором идет сборка. как вариант можно 
форматнуть раздел в другую файловую 
систему или поиграться с настройками. я не 
собираюсь обсуждать это здесь

Если /tmp в RAM, то "нужно больше золота" :) Винт 
тут уже будет ни при чём.
