Why not? This helps everybody. Should be pretty straightforward too.

Just did a 3.5 installation and it reports my Pip is up-to-date. Does Python already does this, at least in recent releases!?

Now I’m sure this is not done on 3.4. Maybe only the EXE installer does this.
