What steps will reproduce the problem?

does not load

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? blank screen

What version of the emulator are you using (official, SVN revision,...)? latest 
build r965

This is a Master System game, not SG-1000. 

It runs perfectly fine with Console Hardware set to AUTO so you either messed 
up the ROM file extension or have Console Hardware wrongly forced to SG-1000.
