Does a data dictionary exist for the typology data file? In the 2015 model for the Bay Area, tracts in San Joaquin County were compared to San Joaquin County. However, it appears to be different for the 2018 model. In the 2018 model, do you compare the San Joaquin County tract values to the entire Bay Area region (average of 13 counties) and why?
Do you have a community input layer for the SF area?
Do the other cities have a community input layer (mentioned in methodology) and what does it entail? Can you please provide an example? Can you elaborate on the operationalization of the measure “rent gap”? In San Joaquin County, there are a number of tracts that do not have data? Could you please explain why? Can you elaborate on the comparison of the findings of the old model (2015) with the new model (2018)?
