Extend to other cities: e.g. Boston #112

Phenomenal project, could this be extended to any other city? I could perhaps help to add other cities if it is just a question of time spent on project.

Thanks @firmai! We'd love it if you extended this to other cities and we'd be happy to help consult. There are a couple of issues that need to be fixed, particularly a census API issue with the 2000 census. Let me know how I can help or if you'd like to discuss further.
