6081612000 in East Palo Alto: is SLI, should be EOG. Similar to the Gardens area, the home prices in this area have neared $1M. Many homes have foreclosed and been bought by absentee landlords. The other East Palo Alto Census tracts (blue) should also reflect low-income displacement/at risk of gentrification. Might be good to look into mortgage delinquencies.

@timathomas This one met all the criteria for EOG except that it didn't 'gentrify' according to our metrics.
