6001423601, 6001423902 in Leconte/Elmwood in Berkeley: are shown as Becoming Exclusive but this area is facing intense gentrification pressures, losing Black households

@timathomas 6001423601: Didn't 'gentrify' according to our metrics so no EOG or AdvG, and predominantly mixed/mod-income so too high-income for ARG or OD, but did meet all BE criteria.

6001423902: This was one of the double-counted BE/AdvG ones that is now AdvG - so I'd say this one is resolved!

The data is pretty strong for this being a BE tract
