Sydney & Hong Kong maps on website #70

I made the maps in ArcGO and wrote the writeups. @profkdc still has to review.

I should add other layers to the Sydney map. Can do this week. Also maybe a legend for both?

P.S. the reason the Hong Kong map has a different basemap is because the grey doesn't load correctly for that area of the world...strange.

@cdietzhartmann I believe you and Karen are working on this, can you close out this issue when it's done? Otherwise I might continue to bug you about it ;)
