My only remaining concern is Sacramento. Attached are types from 2015 typology. There was tons of gentrification that we have replaced with displacement downtown, and some stable mixed to the east and south. It seems odd to say there is no gentrification in Sacramento now, when we found it was widespread before. Are there any borderline cases you can identify? From my knowledge of Sacramento, it would be mostly in the eastern part of the downtown area, or in the south (Land Park).
