Plugin related changes - dump #214

This is a bit of an odd one: here are backward compatibility breaking changes that are towards an end I can't remember - something to do with making output easy to process, possibly a taxonomy.

I thought I'd share the changes in case they were of interest, as I plan on dropping my fork as the PRs are closed.

I ended up stopping work on this as I found Wappalyzer to be more suitable for my needs.
