Still work in progress

[x] Create an open channel
[x] Update an open channel
[x] Look up an open channel
[x] Make sure open channels show up and look good when returned from channel listing call (look okay, though different fields)
[ ] Send pushes to an open channel with overrides etc., use the "open::" prefix
[ ] Make sure all reports-api requests for pushes that include open channels still work and don't crash
[ ] Update docs
[ ] Add tests
