For European users, the server used should be go.airship.eu instead of go.urbanairship.com.
The current implementation of the gem doesn't permit to change this server, that's what this PR is about.

the PR may seem like a lot to review, but it's in fact really easy when you read it commit by commit (I'm just changing the constants into method calls)
