This PR does three things:

Adds the option to use the V3 endpoint for push
Adds the device_info method to return the device information include active state
Adds deprecation warnings to methods not supported in V3 of Urbanairship's API.

This looks pretty good, it would be nice to see this merged in. Any feedback from @michaelphines?

Agreed. I wouldn't mind making v3 the default, even.
