Search function: only offer search results from our dataset (rather than including the geolocater addresses too) #78

Not sure how to word it any more lol. Included QPL's description + screenshot of example

QPL: "Better to only offer search results that are from our dataset, not from the geo places dataset they are currently drawn from. For example, try typing “Latham” into the search box. You get 5 results, but only one produces any result when you select it, which is the first result, “Latham Park,” an entry we published. Let’s eliminate the other results."

I think this is fixed? When I type Latham it doesn't show the above image. Not sure what change was made.

Yep it's fixed because the geocoder stopped working lol. I removed that code.
