Meet to discuss standardisation of names for reference data #49

See feedback from https://github.com/urbanbigdatacentre/ideamaps-models/issues/44. we need to name file names in a standardised way so that future modellers (not us) are able to locate files and understand how they are related to the methods outlined in https://github.com/urbanbigdatacentre/ideamaps-models/issues/43 . A meeting ahs been scheduled so that this work can be discussed with @Gtregon @AlexandraMiddleton @Adenikemie and instructions can be given.

  1. Define acceptance criteria.
    1. Assess the need for a review process. If a review process is required, the issue states: Who is involved in the review? When will the review take place? Who is responsible for taking on the feedback? What additional tasks are involved and are they visible on the backlog?
    2. Make progress and post updates.
    3. Check off completed acceptance criteria.
    4. Post links to digital outputs.
    5. Note the value added to the product.

@Gtregon @Adenikemie @AlexandraMiddleton met last week to discuss the standardisation of names for the reference data and for the documentation of this process. @AlexandraMiddleton will be on AL this week and the task will therefore begin next week. @AlexandraMiddleton and @Adenikemie will standardise names and refine the documentation so that future modellers have a protocol to follow when the project scales up/additional pilot cities are added to the project.
