Remove black border on Video on the Homepage #67

Hi @ErmiaUOG @andymithamclarke

The video on the homepage has a black border, however the videos under the MsC pages don't have it. The team reported it looks better without the border. Are we able to change this?

Can you please scope the work required for this so we can evaluate whether it's worth investing in?

Would involve resizing the hero container. Probably not much work but would break consistency with other containers of a similar design.
