Samsung tips don't work, only "adb shell dumpsys deviceidle disable" works #177

I have a S10+ Exynos, had an S8+ before. The tips on your Samsung page don't work. At least not alone. You HAVE to disable Doze via "adb shell dumpsys deviceidle disable" or Samsung Galaxy S phones WILL start killing apps and stop notifications of non-stock apps completely. This also didn't really reduce battery lifetime.

Hello Gradius, big thanks for letting us know! I'm try to verify whether what you're saying applies to all Samsung phones - could you please tell me also your specific use case - what app were you using and what was blocked and if you know it, how?
