Hi all,
first of all, great idea to make this problem public. I am struggling with this for a really long time. I had a Honor 9 with Emui 9.0.1 and now have a Huawei P30 Pro with Emui 9.1 and have this problems again.
So what can I do, to get the messages instantly again? I already disable auto management of app starts and set the important apps to "autostart, secondary start, background". I also disabled the "battery optimization" for these apps. I have an app, which is linked to an alerting system, so I need to get the messages instantly. Last time I had an 6 minute delay.
My last try was to disable doze at all via adb shell (https://windroidwiz.wordpress.com/2017/06/02/android-noroot-force-enable-doze-to-extend-battery-life-of-your-phone/) but this is not reboot save. So any further tipps are really welcomed.
