Adapt config files to accept geodataframe/parquet file, in place of `bounds`

• if bounds are specified then attempt to download those bounds
• if geodataframe is specified then attempt to individually download the bounds for each geometry in the geodataframe.

Find a way to parrellelise this - even if only manually.
