Things that aren't in the PR but I think should be looked at:

[x] P.4-L.90 needs a reference for morphometrics
[x] What is the "online table 1"? I couldn't find it but P.4-L.98 has a reference to it
[x] P.4-L114:125:
- [x] I'd either build the paragraph after the item list into the item list or integrate the items into the pagraph
- [x] Cite Tobler and a reference for dasymetric mapping
[x] Table 1: it might be good to add an additional column with the technical name of each data source (e.g. Night Lights does not say anything about the data product we used). If this information if provided already somewhere else, I'd mention it in the caption of the table
[x] I don't think we actually mention the number of clusters we decide on from the clustergram analysis. We should mention
[x] P.5-L.145:153 I'd reword that paragraph to not sell it as a hierarchical method. We do end up with a hierarchy but that does not transpire into the final ODP. I'd explain how we obtain the final classes but then make clear we only release one set of clusters, not the two levels
[ ] ~P.6-L167:169 I'd add a line to explain a little bit of each auxilliary dataset we employ~
[x] For the paragraphs on WorldPop (P.6-L.179:190), MODUM and Urban Atlas, I'd add at the end one or two lines interpreting what the table/figure means and what is interesting about it.
[x] At the end of Summary (P.7-L.227), I'd add a couple of lines on summarising aspects we find in common across datasets and bits we can only pick up because of the signatures

Do you mean W. Tobler's pycnophylatic paper or tobler?

There are individual paragraphs for each (from l.181) including a bit of description. I didn't want to duplicate that.
