Arrange downloaded chips into a central location
Create a placeholder function:
Inputs:
(32,32,3) array (chip to be predicted).
Array of the 9 surrounding chips to the one predicted (of the 9 chips one is the predicted one).
Outputs"
A predicted class and a probability
The pipeline will go through each chip in the central location, run the prediction function and store the results of all predicions as a raster xarray file (one per year).
