hey author, thanks for providing the code, I am facing this issue while dealing with the "dataset_TIST2015_Cities". in data_preprocess.py file

Thanks for your contact. This dataset is very small, containing only 415 records, 414 users, and 415 locations. So I suggest you tune the parameters in data_preprocess.py like user_record_min and user_record_min. Please refer to the corresponding documents for the meaning of these parameters.
