At the start of our project we in visioned our project to cover a much larger scope. As the semester has come to a close we have been through many iterations of different software packages. Originally we thought that we would be able to produce a highly detailed thermal mapping of Mars which would detect the ice patches of Mars for future drilling expeditions.

Due to software limitations we have come to narrow down our once large scope into a stepping stone for future software development with possible implementation for AI development. We have developed an angular application which uses a color clustering API to detect ice patches in photographs which would be used for possible drilling sites for future expeditions.
