I've had a quick crack at a Discipline and and ObservableProperty.
I was a bit torn as to whether we should redefine Discipline, i.e. uo:Discipline, or re-use qudt:discipline. In the end I've decided to redefine it, given that our goal is to have a relatively small set of disciplines to choose from.
However, for the ObservableProperty it made sense to use the sosa definition, rather than start redefining this.
I've added a recommendedUnit property to use with the ObservableProperties I define. There may be a better way of doing this?
