The mass flow rate of the GHX was set to the same gain as the distribution mass flow rate. This caused a very large GHX mass flow rate (and resulting energy consumption) due to the GHX pump running at a very high rate, continuously.
Secondly, the facMul was set to 10, which I think is not needed.
